Fitness Fix-its
1 - 10 Minute Daily stack
For my mother.
And your mother.
And their peers…
It is almost impossible to get the Baby Boomers in my life to exercise, mainly because life in the analog world was already difficult and living was as much work as the actual 9-5 they did for decades. So they just won't. But I've put together a few 10-min videos that will give them a chance to at least stand up okay and perhaps fix alignment things so that as they continue to run around with no interest in body consciousness, they'll at least be stacked appropriately.
2 - AB EXERCISE - BREAKDOWN / “HOW TO”
This is Video #1, which teaches you the how and the mechanics. You may only need to watch this one once.
3 - AB Exercise - Actual Workout
This is the actual exercise, with music! Armed with the information from the first video you can just follow along with this one.
BODY PRACITIONERS WHO WILL
RESCUE YOURS
4 - ADVANCED ABS
Building on the previous exercises, this series uses the same format and principles with a more rigorous combo. Note: You must see the breakdown (first video) before this makes sense.

Dr. Jason Piken (NYC)
There are chiropractors who snap and crack everything back into place, and then there are applied kinesiologists with the same training who test the body to find out what is creating the wackiness, fixing the main problem, then putting your skeleton in some kind of alignment that makes sense. This is what Jason does - the latter. He’s about holistic wellness too, and has pathways to it. Innate Wellness
